At Dolce La Hulpe Brussels, our Executive Chef, Pascal Marcin, welcomes his guests either at the main dining restaurant Argan which can welcome up to 320 guests or in the gourmet restaurant Tree 0.
Our restaurant Argan offers extensive rich-flavoured buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner with outstanding views of the forest. A 50-seat “à la carte” section is also available.
At the gourmet restaurant Tree O, Pascal Marcin is proud to serve a creative and health conscious cuisine with a local touch. The particularity of the Tree O restaurant is that the Chef cooks each meat or fish in three different ways, and presents the three tastings on a single platter. Desserts are also served in this way and each of these trio tastings can be accompany by a trio of wine tasting glasses carefully selected by our Maître d’Hôtel.
For private lunches or dinners, we also offer many banqueting rooms.
In the heart of the property you find 2 bars: the lobby bar Badian with its library, fireplace and TV corner and the Oak bar, a lounge bar offering games (pool, darts, flipper, …), flat Screens TV and where you can also dance.
